Bad Service We have been having all kinds of problems with servicing our WV Beetle in this dealership. The car just won't stop breaking... and when we take it to We have been having all kinds of problems with servicing our WV Beetle in this dealership. The car just won't stop breaking... and when we take it to the dealer they would always find something in addition to what is causing the problem and overcharge us to replace/"fix" it. We must have spent $2000+ on repairs and have owned the vehicle for little over a year now.... and the car keeps on breaking... Not going back to their service department and will look for a REAL mechanic Stay away if you want to keep your money and fix your car! More

Paola greeted my with the keys to my beautiful CC and assured me that David Maus would stand behind the car, and their team would be there for anything I needed. By 3pm I was driving away in a car I dreamed of owning, and the VW CC is a joy to drive everyday! I just purchased a VW Jetta TDI 2014 at David Maus VW North I have enjoyed driving my 2009 TDI for the longest time. My gas mileage was superb and my car offered the smoothest drive ever. I went in this week to get my car serviced at David Maus VW North on Lee Road, where I originally purchased the car. As usual, I took a stroll around VW North store...and I just didn't sit still; this allowed me to check on cars, updates, and even talk to the personnel at the store. This is how I met Mr. Hadi who showed me one of the latest TDI models. I even got to drive and deal with some of the most awesome features. Once you buy a TDI Diesel it is really hard to change your type of car. I decided to buy the new TDI 2014 model at David Maus VW. The sale was the quickest ever, and the transition into my new car car was flawless and easy. I appreciate this dealer's store because of great sales people like Mr. Hadi who take the time to listen and understand what the client wants and needs without ever being pushy. He offered me a great sale, took the time to show me the vehicle and the intricacies of the new model. I also appreciate Paola Fernandez who made the transition into my new car flawless. In fact, she has already set me up with dates and times to take my car in to get service, and to install my new Sky Link. From the sales people to the staff in the service department, and to the greeters outside this is one awesome place.
