Service department is over priced and does not care about cu I went to the dealership to drop off my car for an oil change. I only have one car so the dealership drove me to work and dropped me off. The dealership promised to pick me up at 4 o'clock that afternoon. I called at about 1 o'clock to verify my pick up appointment. No one came to pick me up. I was stranded. At 4:20 I called a friend to come get me you had to leave work. I called the dealership they said they had attempted to call me but weren't successful in getting me before 4 o'clock to verify the pick up. Here's the thing I was stranded at work. I needed a ride. The dealership promised to pick me up. The dealership argued that I was supposed to answer my phone at 3:55 when they called me to verify the pick up Who does that dump somebody off and doesn't come back to pick them up? I was busy on the phone and did not hear the call nor receive a text Needless to say I'm not going back for any more oil changes at the David Maus volkswagon North dealership. More

When I got my first vehicle, I didn't know which model would be the final product for me. Over that initial 2 day period, I drove 5 vehicles...Billy listened to my needs. Yes, he is a salesman, however, Billy possesses that key ingredient "To Listen." Cheating lieing theives Sold us a used car advertised and told us everything was in great working order, new brakes, new rotors, all sorts of new stuff. I had to have pads and rotors put on not even 2k miles down the road. Car developed a power steering whine not even 2 weeks later, when confronted they refused to even take a look at it. They shared personal information with my employee in order to get me to come back to sign something. 3 months later after cutting our loss a friend went and bought a jetta from these people, she was lied to and told it was a turbo. Asked me where the turbo was on it and I had to explain to her there was no turbo, it was a 2.0 non turbo. More
