Orange Buick GMC - Service Center

Rendevous started shaking, missing, and acting like it was going to stop in the middle of the road on the way to work. Orange Buick is on one of my route to work so I was trying to nurse the car into the was going to stop in the middle of the road on the way to work. Robert Cicero took me in right away and indicated the he could hear that the problem was likely an engine issue. With 182K miles on the vehicle I was sure I would need to be looking for a different car. I was estatic when Robert called to tell me that one of the newer plug wires had failed and that replacing the wire fixed the problem. After some ongoing problems with my 2003 Buick Rendevous, we brought it to Orange Buick and Thomas Santiago was just wonderful. He explained the problem in detail and said he would have it ready in 60 to 90 we brought it to Orange Buick and Thomas Santiago was just wonderful. It feels so good to have my car running good again. Since our closest dealership, Courtesy Buick, closed down a couple of years ago, we were hesitant to drive the distance to Orlange Buick. It was well worth the drive. Thomas was so friendly and made us feel like valued customers. If I ever have a problem with the car again, I will never hesitate to drive to Orange Buick for repairs. It is my pleasure to recommend Orange Buick GMC to anyone who owns a GM product. I feel as though GM products are built to last, and taking them to a GM dealer for service only makes sense. During our drive from Indiana we began hearing a whirring, grinding noise coming from the front of the car at highway speed. I called asking for advice and Rudy Rudolph immediately relieved my stress by his friendly manner and scheduled an appointment the next day. A new wheel bearing was installed the next morning in a timely manner which fixed the problem and we continued our vacation plans with minimum interruption. I have only dealt with the guys in their service department, and have to say... they are pretty AWESOME! P.S. - When my in-laws were looking to purchase a car last year, they had went to multiple dealerships that day, and ended up at Orange Buick. When I found out about this, I asked them why they stuck with Orange Buick (as they ended up buying a car from them). I was a car salesman for a brief moment in the past, and I was curious. They said they really liked the sales staff there and the management was more than willing to work with them. The others just did not compare. More
