Nick di Bernard is excellent and I have been all over the world but this place is a proper mix of personal & professional touch. In between I tried other BMW dealerships too, close to my house thinking that it may be same. But I was shocked. They are not even close. BMW Roxbury is exceptional. People like Nick are great assets for an organization. The finance division is outstanding too. Andre is a finance guy but he is as polite and as professional as any of the sales guys and doesn't take much time. The Girl at the reception is welcoming. Overall I would strongly recommend this place to anyone buying any car, not just BMW. These guys make your decision much easier. More

Pleasee stay away!! Warning from a fellow bmw owner Purchased a 14 535i from them which i was so excited to bring home! Well that didnt last when i found out my second key fob didnt work.. Called them w Purchased a 14 535i from them which i was so excited to bring home! Well that didnt last when i found out my second key fob didnt work.. Called them went through trial and error for 3 weeks, turned out the second key they gave me was lost or stolen in one point in time and was locked by bmw. Ok easy fix, give me a new key that works. NOPE, rude, heartless, horrible customer service manager at roxbury denied any more help or replacement of the key they gave to me which was locked! I was left out in the cold after spending my hard earned cash on the bmw i always wanted which should have been a easy fix and help. Horrible experience and feeling! Please guys, stay away, i wouldnt like anyone to go through what i went through with this dealer and ruin an experience that is suppose to be filled with joy. More
