I had the best experience buying a new car that I have ever had. The whole staff went over and above my expectations. Everyone was in such a good mood, I wanted to hug them all. So HUGGGS guys. They were very honest and forthright with me, and that is so refreshing in todays market. Not to mention, I bought the first car exactly like the one I had(which I loved) then changed my mind and wanted the "Hot" new Release Scion. Great new car buying experience. My salesman was Robert Jackson and I would highly recommend him. He was very friendly and knoledgable and respected the fact we were limited on time. He was able to get me what I wanted and explained the details. I also thought the price offered was very fair and was in line with the research I had done on-line. They were also very helpful in going over all the bells/whistles on the car and how they worked. Just one word of caution: do NOT bother with getting the Toyota-brand remote starter. The range is not far enough to really make it worthwhile at the price point they charge. No knock on the dealership or the car or the service center - it's just not a great product and in my opinion not worth the price. More

I was looking at different trucks and different dealers I was looking at different trucks and different dealers before I came to Olathe Toyota. I decided to give them a call since I did business with the I was looking at different trucks and different dealers before I came to Olathe Toyota. I decided to give them a call since I did business with them before. Over the phone I told them what truck I needed/wanted and they called me back in 10 minutes saying they did not have one but they found one 300 miles away. In just 2 days my Tundra arrived at the Dealer with everything I wanted on it. I arrived the next day took a good look at it and was pleased. The truck was everything I explained over the phone and they did not give me they wanted to give me instead they found and gave me what I wanted. Leeroy was an excellent salesman and he was able to answer all my questions and knew what he was talking about. I also was very surprised and thankful that Dawn explained and showed me every button and feature that the Tundra had which saved me time on having to figure things out on my own. The Finance Mangers that had me sign the papers were very nice as well and just like Dawn and Leeroy they had a good sense of humor. In other words I rate this Dealer 10 out of 10. I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a Toyota or Scion. I also want to to thank Leeroy and Dawn for a job well done and for being very helpful.
