Three years ago I met Leroy Giles at Kenny Thomas Toyota and he was so impressive with his sales approach that I leased my 1st Camry on the spot! His customer service skills are admirable. Whatever I needed was immediately addressed. He was quick to call back if I called with any questions and rapidly got back to me if he had to check on anything in order to give me answers. He was always polite and anxious to make my experience a pleasant one. He was not aggressive, which I so appreciated, but made several recommendations as to options, etc, that I'm so glad I took his suggestions on. After my car as ordered, he touched base with me every so often till it arrived- and has checked in with me since I received it to make sure I was pleased and had no questions on anything. His enthusiasm was mirrored by everyone I dealt with at the Olathe Toyota dealership I've already given Kendall's card to a neighbor and a friend and told them about my great experience. I was referred to Bob Tucker from a close friend because of their great experience with him. I submitted my application and not even 10 min after I received a call from Brett Garcia. I told Brett that I had a personal reference to work with Bob which his immediate response was telling me wonderful things about his co-worker! (It was comforting to hear the staff saying kind things about each other, you don't get that very often) Even though I would be working with Bob, Brett still offered his assistance if I needed him for anything and to not hesitate to contact him if I had a question etc. Now that's CUSTOMER SERVICE at its finest. So Thank you Brett! After speaking with Brett, Bob contacted me immediately after. Bob, made me feel like my business was of value and I was in good hands! It's so hard to go car shopping as a single woman at some of these car dealerships around this area. You wouldn't believe "the deals" other dealerships I went to prior Olathe Toyota that treated me like I was not knowledgeable and they could take me for every last penny. Little did they know, I use to work for AutoTrader and have incredible connections and knowledge. So thankfully, I knew better. I can't even explain how Bob made me feel. I felt like he had me under his wing and I never felt like I would have to worry about what kind of deal I was going to get, I knew Bob would give me an incredible deal. Kinda like if he was my own dad, helping me buy a car. There was no way he was going to let me leave the lot without a deal that I could be proud of and a Car I was excited about! Bob, had constant communication with me and anytime I had a question he was always available and his response time was like none other! I would email him at 1:22pm and I had a response at 1:23pm! How refreshing to know you are being cared for and valued! Olathe Toyota, you have some BEST in CLASS Customer service and the best employees a dealership could ask for. Keep these men close and never let them go!
