My Jeep Wrangler malfunctioned on Thursday, 3-Apr, and was towed to the dealership. Problem was immediately diagnosed, part ordered and vehicle was promised to be ready on Friday, 4-Apr. Never going back Had an appointment @7am did not get my car back till 3pm then didn't have part to fix it so had to keep the car another day.
