The auto shop guys are the best. I will always come back. They always fly through the door giving me a chest bump, then the other guy rips my car into a 360 double helix in the air. OKC VW , this has been by far the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. From the sales representative, service advisor, to Brad the GM. I was told that the LED light bar would work, I k experience I have ever encountered. From the sales representative, service advisor, to Brad the GM. I was told that the LED light bar would work, I knew to put this on the We Owe, but sales representative said no worries we will fix when we get into service. So we scheduled a service for the following Friday, to get windows tinted, console fixed and also the LED light bar in front grill. Next, service advisor told me he would fix grill, even if this meant that he had to order a new grill, so I was fine with this. 3 days go by no follow up by service. So I called and the service advisor did not mention anything about led light bar, so I asked, he then said sorry we can not fix this. Wow, so from sales representative to service advisor, I have been lied to and misled. So I asked to speak with GM. GM Brad called me and verbatim, said, This Brad, GM, What’s going On!. Wow, not any sense of compassion , apologetic about our situation, just seemed bothered and inconvenienced. So, I said hold on, let’s start over, please do not talk at me but talk to me. I continued to explain our issue, Brad the GM, then stated, I can tell you are Easily Offened, so I want to get this right! What the heck, wow, now greeting even worse treatment from the face of there organization. He calls me back one minute later and says we can not fix your grill, that is all. I then asked to be given a model that has it, for being lied too, he said only thing we could do is trade in our brand new atlus2024, lose all the money we put down and pay for tags on 2 vehicles. I was lost for words. So I have been waiting over 2 weeks speaking with a Regional case manager from VW of America, she is having the same issue, with that organization not returning her calls and not giving an ounce of care. This is ridiculous and I hope that a VW of America can come up with a resolution. More
Matt was great! Only employee helping a crowd and he did well communicating progress with all of us. I waited three hours though for an oil change and tire rotation. Only employee helping a crowd and he did well communicating progress with all of us. I waited three hours though for an oil change and tire rotation. I understand we could have dropped the car off but that’s not always an option. Likely not returning due to my time is more important than saving a few bucks on an oil change. More
