All Staff were great. Ernesto Gonzalez was patient as we walked around and looked at cars. He was knowledgeable. Mario Castillo was attentive and actively listened to my needs and desires with financing. He found a great rate for me that beat my credit union. He was up front and patient. Mario updated us, as we waited our turn with your financing guy. Both Ernesto and Mario remained late through the night to ensure the purchase/finance process was completed. We were the last customer to leave. JB and his staff were quick to resolve issues. JB was accommodating to my need to pick up a loaner after work. Thank you all, I will definately recommend your dealership. Remember to tbe good to your GREAT employees, they deserve it. This is my family's second time purchasing at Ocean Honda of Whittier. More
