Quick, excellent service & friendly staff A little over a week ago, I called Courtney Honda's service center regarding a flat tire replacement. A few hours after, I was able to come in and get my tire checked. Since it was determined I needed a new tire, they advised that I keep my wheel in the shop so the tire could be mounted as soon as the order arrived the following day. The staff is very friendly at Courtney Honda and is very helpful with any questions I had. This service experience was for my 2nd lease at Courtney Honda, and if my next car is a Honda, I'm definitely going back here again. More

Service has always been good but sales is my complaint. Courtney Honda was the only dealership that gave us quick, excellent service, and a great deal on my new Civic Hatchback. Specifically, Jay was knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted, and even encouraged me to take a few days to think about my choices instead of pressuring me to walk out with a car that day. He did not speak poorly about any other cars or dealers, but had enough pride and confidence in his product to just sell me the right car for me. Every other dealership was worse than your typical pushy car salesperson. They also gave me a great deal on my trade and for a small extra fee a lifetime warranty on everything but wear items. I highly recommend Courtney Honda and my mom will be going there to get her own car this year! More
