Went to the dealership to purchase a 2020 CRV since we have purchased 3 other vehicles from them over the years. We picked up the car during heavy rain so we couldn't really look it over completely. The have purchased 3 other vehicles from them over the years. We picked up the car during heavy rain so we couldn't really look it over completely. The next day we saw that the "detailing" that they did was terrible. The arm rests are filthy, there are drip marks on the doors and side of the center console among other things. With our other 2 CRV's, the cargo cover was included with the purchase - 1 was a brand new CRV and the other was used. This time the cover was not included - they gave us a hard time about including one - in the end, they didn't. My wife and I both asked to speak to the sales manager - we never got a return phone call, very unprofessional. You end up paying so much for a car and they gave us a hard time about a < $200 piece of equipment. After purchasing 4 cars from them - we are done - we felt that as loyal customers to this dealership, we, at the very least, deserved a return phone call from the sales manager - obviously they don't care about their customers. It's a shame, the sales person we dealt with for the other cars was great - friendly, professional & helpful. He retired - we missed him by 30 days. Also, before we even went to look at a car, we called and spoke to someone on the phone and made an appointment for the next day with that same person. When we arrived for our appointment, we were told that the guy wasn't there because it was his day off. How do you make an appointment with someone when you know you wont be there? We should have know right then that it was going to be a mess. More

We were there to purchase a $27,000 Civic cash in hand, you would think the sales people that worked there would be more attentive. Nope they kept insisting about having the down payment before we could te you would think the sales people that worked there would be more attentive. Nope they kept insisting about having the down payment before we could test drive the car and finances couldn't be discussed until we made a deal????? What kind of nonsense is that? Obviously the sales person and finance department need more training and need to know how to treat a buying customer.....such as offering them coffee water something instead of totally ignoring us! So needless to say we walked out after sitting there for over an hour we were buying the car that day, we were trying to get wire information nobody had information on that either lol I mean get it together people!!! NEVER AGAIN will I recommend your dealership! So thanks to Stamford Honda my daughter bought her Honda YESTERDAY after leaving Milford dealership in less than an hours time with 1/2 down payment and same payment amount that Milford insisted she needed to buy from them lol if this is how your sales people and finance manager work maybe they should look into another career! Cause with the customer service we received your not going to get to far! More

My wife had the unfortunate experience of running over a piece of metal that fell off a truck traveling at highway speed on 95 North in Milford, Conn My wife had the unfortunate experience of running over a piece of metal that fell off a truck traveling at highway speed on 95 North in Milford, Connecticut as she was traveling to Boston from Long Island. After receiving a panic phone call from my wife that there were fluids leaking from her Honda CRV I googled the location information that she gave me. I found that Milford Honda was located near by. Joe provided me with a tow service that picked up my wife and towed the vehicle to Milford Honda. He spoke to my wife and I regarding the damage that had been done. Within an hour Joe emailed pictures to us and gave us an idea of when the CRV would be ready. My wife’s daughter and son in law picked her up and took her to Boston for the holiday weekend. Tuesday my wife rented a car and drove to the dealership, dropped off the rental car which Joe made sure that it was promptly picked up by the rental car company. He assisted her with the transfer of her luggage and got her on the road home to NY. Joe treated us like family. We can’t thank Joe enough for his assistance with what could have been a terrible situation. THANK YOU JOE THE SERVICE MANGER. More
