I was surprised at the number of cars in line before and after me. I had an 8:45 appointment. I arrived at 8:41 and sat in my car for 3 minutes before anyone acknowledge I was there. I then waited 11+ mi after me. I had an 8:45 appointment. I arrived at 8:41 and sat in my car for 3 minutes before anyone acknowledge I was there. I then waited 11+ minutes before a service advisor came out. The personnel that I interacted with were all great. I'm complaining about all the waiting around. After standing at the customer service window for 5+ minutes, another employee had me step into his office and he ordered me a Lyft. I was there early for a simple drop-off with an appointment at 8:45, but I didn't get home (8 minutes away) until 9:55. I know probably 25 minutes of that was because of the Lyft, but still why make an appointment? More
