Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Purchased a 2023 CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED CX5. They had purchased the car thru the auction. I had nothing but trouble with the car starting from the da Purchased a 2023 CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED CX5. They had purchased the car thru the auction. I had nothing but trouble with the car starting from the day I drove it home. From that day in October of 2024 until the day I refused to drive the car again, after a major fuel leak in February 2025, fire department needed to be called, it was in their shop a minimum of 6 times. They "offered" to get me into a new vehicle. That amounted to me trading the junk I purchased from them for a brand new car, that I wouldn't have chosen if I felt I had a choice. I needed a car to drive!! They gave me $5000 less than I had paid for the car 4 months earlier. It was in their repair shop half of that four months. Their "certified pre-owned" vehicle was worth nothing!! That 160 point inspection they brag about did not exist. I lost the $6500 I had gotten for my original trade in, plus the $1500 I had made in payments on the junk car! I ended up paying for their mistake of buying a piece of crap from the auction. Nice job ODaniel Mazda....way to take care of your customer.....😡😡 More
