I bought a new Mazda I was hesitant to have a car payment. However, after making the decision based on my husband having a Mazda 2- years and talking to the sales rep, Jun I was hesitant to have a car payment. However, after making the decision based on my husband having a Mazda 2- years and talking to the sales rep, Junior Hammond, I realized it was worth the payment. 1st time buyer from a dealership! I was searching online for a new car. I came across a Buick Verano that sparked my interest. Went to the dealership and the salesman Junior Hammond he I was searching online for a new car. I came across a Buick Verano that sparked my interest. Went to the dealership and the salesman Junior Hammond helped me. Turns out the Verano was not to my liking and Junior was able to show me a few more cars and I ended up driving home with a 2012 Buick Regal that day! He was very helpful and honest. I won't hesitate to recommend Odaniel Automart and Junior to my family and friends. More

Sales and Service Nick Sheets was a terrific salesman. He had our interest in mind. We were extremely happy with him and would use him again. When we discovered that the windshield had 2 stone chips that we did not see the night we bought it, he tried to help us. It was almost dusk when we bought it and the next day i n the sunlight much to our dismay we saw them. Nick Rusk helped us immensely when we took the vehicle in. Nick Sheets was not there that morning. I don't know who helped in the service dept. I do wish they could have covered the expense since it was there when we bought it but that didn't happen. More

Preowned 2005 Nissan Altima My grandson purchased this vehicle with my help. What was unique was that my grandson was in a accident where the other driver was at fault. Due to some unusual circumstances with insurances on our part the dealer held this vehicle until insurance check was received. We signed purchase agreement 2/10/15 and we finalized on 2/21/15. The dealer waited 11 days and I do not think there are many dealers who would have done this. We as a family were thankful for this kindness received from Sam and Todd. Used car motor failed in less than 3 months We bought a car from this guy on 10/31. Wade told us how committed he was to client satisfaction and how he'd be there if there was ever a problem. He also told us that his Service Department had been through the car and checked everything out. 2.5 months and 3,200 miles later, the timing belt snapped on the highway and the motor grenaded. We left a message for Wade when O'Daniel called to hustle us for the 90-day oil change on 1/25. He never returned the call. We've left him numerous messages, asking for a call back to discuss some help with the car.We heard nothing back for three weeks, until he texted my son in mid-February. He's repeatedly avoided talking to us in person, and his only communication was an email saying "Sorry, you bought it as-is, so you're out of luck", along with a bunch of texts promising to call the following day. To this date, more than 6 weeks after we asked for a call, he has not called us. So, at this point, my son has a $4,000 repair bill on a $5,600 car he purchased from these guys and they don't seem willing to do anything about it. Wade is clearly not trustworthy and is completely overmatched by any customer service expectation. There are lots of better dealerships and salespeople in town. More

Great buying experience with Wade Stuckey We initially stopped by Odaniel just to look at their stock. We found two SUV's that were close to our criteria. Wade approached us and basically said: just drive it and see if you like it. No pressure, just find out if it is right for you. We ended up test driving 4 vehicles. We finally found the vehicle we really wanted, allbeit, not the one we thought we were going to go with. We went to other dealerships as well, as to not limit us to one dealership stock. Wade Stuckey always kept in touch with us and always wanted the best for us. I would have no problem sending anyone to Wade, just a great guy, and he showed us he wanted the customer to be happy and content with their purchase. No buyer remorse from us. More
