I had been doing research in Indianapolis, where I live, but after speaking to Heinrich I knew the drive to Fort Wayne was WELL worth it. They were very respectful of my busy schedule and had everything lined up and ready for me when I arrived. The great service didn't stop once I had signed on the dotted line either.
