Helpful, No Pressure Dealer Phil Swaidner kept in touch with us by phone and email until we reached the day we were able to come in from Ohio to see & test drive the SUV we'd eve Phil Swaidner kept in touch with us by phone and email until we reached the day we were able to come in from Ohio to see & test drive the SUV we'd eventually buy: a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium. He did this not to pressure us into something we didn't want, but to gather info needed to make a purchase go smoother and faster had we found the Escape to our liking. We did indeed buy that Escape and enjoy it very much, despite the leap in technology we had to get used to. If we were disappointed in anything, it was the amount we got for our trade-in. I'm also aware no one is ever happy with their trade-in amount, everyone always feels they should've gotten more. But in the end, you either get a lot for your trade-in or the dealer discounts your purchase: one never gets both. And in the end, we were very happy with the bottom line. Mike Everson in finance wrote up and explained all the paperwork to us and introduced us to an excellent extended warranty plan which we decided fit our needs. Both Phil and Mike are assets to O'Daniel Ford. The Escape is everything we expected and these two men made it happen. More
