They did not once try and force me into a car and understood I was not ready yet. Finally the time came, and sadly Phil was out of office but Ryan helped me. I am now driving the exact car and color of car I wanted and I never once even told Ryan what I wanted I just told him my budget and that I needed something bigger and safer and he did exactly what he could to help me since I was desperate.
