I'm honored to provide this maximum rating (10 star if I could) to Justin Harding. We have been served by Justin for many years and have consistently received great service and guidance on buying/leasing v could) to Justin Harding. We have also recommended him to our children and friends. He has always provided exceptional service. What makes Justin different from many in the automobile sales business is that first, he's experienced. He understands the process, vehicles, and client needs. Second, he doesn't just "sell" he "solves." Our office has a mantra: Stop Selling and Start Solving! That is Justin. We recently had an expiring lease and well over the mileage on that vehicle. In addition to some other challenges, Justin was able to get us out of that vehicle and into another. He helped solve what we thought would be a difficult challenge. Justin's knowledge of the vehicles sold at O'Daniels is also exceptional. From vehicle test drive, to overview of systems and capabilities through closing, it's always a flawless and seamless process. Our advice to future buyers.
