Very good. Smooth purchase. Small hiccup at the end Everything was great. I also wanted to say a special thanks to David Maldonado in the service department. A recall on a transmission sensor went off t Everything was great. I also wanted to say a special thanks to David Maldonado in the service department. A recall on a transmission sensor went off the second day I had the car. I wasn’t very pleased with this but he jumped right on fixing it and help me with a replacement vehicle and kept me in the loop on the status of my car. David was extremely friendly and great at his job. Hire more people like David. Pedro was also very helpful. He jumped right on helping me when I pulled onto the lot. He did his job trying to up sale but I came on the lot for a specific vehicle and he knew to drop the up sale without pushing it. He helped me with the paper work, getting it ready for the next day since I didn’t have time the Friday I came in and everything went nice and smooth and timely. Other than the sensor recall everything was great. I’ve had bad experiences with O’meara ford in the past and was hesitant to deal with that brand again but thanks to these two guys I definitely don’t have that opinion of O’meara VW. More
