I called a week in advance to request an appointment to look at a check engine light and have the differential and transmission flushed. They told me to bring it in at 7:30am the next Wednesday. At no point was it ever explained to me that they would be keeping the truck for more than a day, let alone 5 days. When I called back at 5pm that same day it was at this point that I learned they hadn’t even started to look at it, and initially told me that I couldn’t even come pick it up. It was until I pressured to them that I need the truck back that they finally agreed to let me come get it. More

They were not very diligent in trying to find problem. Online reservation system did not show up on their internal sets so my truck sat there for 3 days before even being checked.
