O'Meara GMC

My 1996 GMC Sierra wouldn't start so I had it towed to O'Merra Buick GMC. They wouldn't even attempt to inspect or repair it, claiming it was too old. I had it towed to another place where they determin O'Merra Buick GMC. They wouldn't even attempt to inspect or repair it, claiming it was too old. I had it towed to another place where they determined the coil had fallen off. I would have thought that a GMC dealer could make a simple determination like a coil falling off. More

I took my car in for two quick repairs; they told me it would be three to four days. After the five day They would have back to me the next day. I would call and no one would answer my call would go to voi would be three to four days. After the five day They would have back to me the next day. I would call and no one would answer my call would go to voicemail and I was told the voicemail was not accepting calls. I tried every number available to the dealership and they all said the same thing! After NINE days they finally said it was done and come pick it up. The next day I drove the car to the store and decided to put gas in it. It would only let me put in a couple of drops and the pump would click off. This is the main reason I took it in to be repaired and it is obvious the did nothing to fix the problem! I wonder if they did any work to it at all. You would think they would try it out to see if it worked before saying it was working! I am a widowed senior and live by myself. I had to cancel two doctors appointments because they had my car for a week longer than they said they would. I don’t know if you realize how far head you must make doctors appointments; but it can take six weeks or longer. Even though I have issues I needed to see the doctor for now I have to wait thanks to you not telling me the truth and not doing the work you promised and was paid for. I have been told to bring it back in next Wednesday I am scared I will not have a car for another 9 days! I also missed going to church and that is also essential to my health. More
