Came in for a scheduled appointment. ..oil change. Normal time would be 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour and a half I went to check on my vehicle. I am glad you hired more help in the service department. I may get my oil changes there instead of jiffy lube. We worked with Mike Workman and JC Cassata to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. We were well taken care of in regards to the purchase of the vehicle and anything we needed after the purchase.
