The dealership said that the truck would be worked on and done by the end of the day. When arriving to pickup the truck, no one had any idea what the status was or if it had even been touched. I had to walk done by the end of the day. When arriving to pickup the truck, no one had any idea what the status was or if it had even been touched. I had to walk around the back lot with a service advisor after the service department had closed to even find the truck. They said that after vehicles had been worked on, that they were moved to the front of the dealership. Mine was parked in the very back corner of the back lot. No one could tell for sure if the truck had been worked on. They charged for the service and handed me the keys without verifying anything had actually been done. More
Called 9 weeks days straight, at least 5 times a day and no one answered. Left message 4 or 5 times and no one called back. Was told it would only take a 1/2 hour. Waited 1 and 1/2 hours.
