In all honesty, I was sold a dirty car infested with dog hair, bad tires, rotted mats and a weak battery. I have not had the vehicle for a year and I had to get it detailed several times to remove the dog h hair, bad tires, rotted mats and a weak battery. I have not had the vehicle for a year and I had to get it detailed several times to remove the dog hair, replace the battery, mats and get a new set of tires. My sales representative Oscar is a great person but the service department is substandard to say the least. When I did come in for service, I was grateful that they were able to see me but rushed off by the service manager (Annissa). Ensuring me that my tires and Power steering were in good shape only to be advised by three other service professionals (Sam’s, Walmart and Big O Tires) that you are in need of new tires. We are approaching winter in Colorado and to advise a customer that your tires are great especially when you have to fill them with air every two- three days is a dangerous hazard!! I will not return to the service department in the future. This was my first time buying a used vehicle. I would have been better off with leasing a brand new vehicle. More
