I have contacted more than 20 Toyota dealerships in the past two weeks. Boch had the best price for a new 2011 Camry, and we immediately visited the dealership. Jeffrey James, sales manager, was very friendly and straight forward, thoroughly explaining everything we need to know about the car and the sale. Audie Jacques, business manager, quickly approved our 0% financing without any problems, kindly explaining every line in the contract. It was 10:45 pm when we finished everything (Boch closes at 10 pm), but everyone was more than happy to stay after the closing to accommodate us. I went in to have the check engine light on my car diagnosed. Bob G. let me know the process and approximately the time that it would take. I had not replaced the gas cap securely after I had last filled up. This was not allowing the tank to obtain a good seal and therefore was alerting the car computer that something was wrong. As you can imagine, I felt like an idiot for not having replaced the gas cap correctly. Bob G. understood my embarrassment and did not charge me for the diagnosis. I have always taken my Toyota to a dealership for all maintenance and repairs where ever I have lived (Minnesota, Missouri, and Massachusetts). I feel that the Toyota dealerships, including Boch, have done outstanding work with great service. More

Robert Ross was a huge help! I was going to get a standard transmission car which I wasn't too comfortable with. He made me feel comfortable and not pressured during the test drive which helped a lot standard transmission car which I wasn't too comfortable with. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Corey Henderson. I brought my car in without notice due to a brake problem that occured after my daughter drove for five miles with the emergency brake on. I needed the car repaired and returned the same day due to planned travel the rest of the week. It also happened to be my 24th wedding anniversary, so I needed to get home at a reasonable time that evening. Corey went as far as to arrange for me to get a shuttle ride (from Herb, who also was a terrific gentleman and who was determined to ensure I had apositive experience and anniversary) to the local grocery store to buy my wife flowers and lobsters while two mechanics worked diligently to finish the work on my car back at the shop. I will make it a point to ask for Corey again on future visits. You should be proud to have Corey as an employee. Thank you. More
