John Mcdaniel was friendly and very easy to work with. He was not pushy at all and was genuinely nice. He made the overall experience much more barable than the last time I bought a new car. I bought a car 3 years ago from Boch. Over time, things break, it happens. My brakes had started to wear and were starting to be an issue. I took the car in and Don took care of me right away. While I was waiting my original salesman from 3 years ago walked by and remembered me. HE then went and checked on the car and let me know how it was going too. I know its hard to draw a line from A to B on theses things; but these guys just made sure when I need service or start looking for a new car that I'm going to stop in Boch Toyota. They are an asset to this dealership. More

John is great. He's very patience with us. We were looking at a Toyota matrix on the first day but changed our mind in the end. He didn't mind at all; very easy going person. He even took us to another lots where they store more new cars (about 5 min drive from the dealership) to let us look. Also, he's very easy to negotiate with price wise. We actually bought the car at a price very close to our offered price. About a few thousand dollars off the marked price! He actually work with us to get to the price we offered. I also like to mention that he love to give you time to look at the cars. I went to a Honda dealership on the first day. The sales person weren't as good. Before we even have the chance to look at the car he already ask if we like it. John is different. He would start the car's engine let you drive around the lot. Then he would explain what the car's features are. After we know about the car he would ask what do we think of it. If we like it, then it's a test drive on the road. I'd like to mention again that John McDaniel is very friendly, patience, and easy going person. I would totally recommend you look for him if you are looking to buy a Toyota. More

John McDaniel was very helpful from start to finish.
