Salesman Ben Potter was honest and enthusiastic. No pressure. I was able to negotiate a fair market price. He kept an unscrupulous fellow salesman from selling the car out from under me. The car was excellent, clean, certified, and very reasonably priced. Finance guy Audie Jacques was very friendly and competent also. Ben delivered the car to me in Maine and did not complain when we had to visit the DMV in Augusta to get vanity plates. Ben was very knowledgeable about the '06 Toyota Sienna that I bought. He got me keys and a spare tire and never complained about anything. A cool guy. The only bad part of the experience was that the advertisement of the car on the Internet promised that there was a moonroof. There was none. That was a terrible case of false advertising, for I drove down there for over four hours thinking the car had a moonroof. A big disappointment. But the car is extraordinary in quality and condition, so I am happy overall with the experience at Boch Toyota and I would go back there again. More
