Expect to encounter all the car dealership tricks Came in to buy my first car after a lifetime of stereotypes about dealerships. Buying from Boch Toyota is everything I have come to expect from buying Came in to buy my first car after a lifetime of stereotypes about dealerships. Buying from Boch Toyota is everything I have come to expect from buying from a dealership. Nothing but mind games, sales tricks, and leaving like you've been robbed. They start you off by baiting you into the dealership with an underpriced listing for a car that simply doesn't exist. I tried several times to see a particular car which never seemed to be on the lot when you come to see it. They'll instead direct you to a similar but clearly inferior and higher priced vehicle. If you end up interested in the vehicle and ask even the most basic questions about the transaction or the vehicle they will give you the doggiest and indirect answers. This is with really basic stuff too, like showing a listing on your phone and asking if that's the listing for the car they just bait and switched you with. I ask about what forms of payment they accept so I could be ready for the purchase and they sarcastically respond with something along the lines of "we expect to be paid". In hindsight this is so you'd waste your time lining up financing only to be told they won't let you use any other financing. Also, all the phone numbers listed for their staff are fake and are not monitored. Once you get to the financing office they'll try to rush you through all the paperwork. In doing so, they'll slip in a $500 documentation fee and $2000 for a reconditioning fee. If that's not enough they'll push you into buying junk financing products like GAP insurance on your used car with 30% down payment. I ended up with the service contract, but their finance manager did not make it easy to drop any of these products. Overall, I'll rate them as average. They did not exceed my expectations in any way. They made an unpleasant experience exactly what you'd expect it to be. Would not recommend at all, but I'll still go there for service out of convenience. More

I've always used Boch Toyota because of the convenience and they thouroghly go thru my car each visit. I had Jance for my last service, he was up front,,and worked with me each step of the way. Being a sin and they thouroghly go thru my car each visit. I had Jance for my last service, he was up front,,and worked with me each step of the way. Being a single mother with am 11 year old car, finances are tough. Jance reassured me and made me feel comfortable with all the decisions that had to be made with the repair. Both Jance and the mechanic that worked on my car, gave me multiple updates as I waited. I couldn't have asked for better service. I would highly recommend Boch Toyota for service. More
