This was the worst dealership experience I have ever had. They strung me along with the possibility of replac ing my (2014 Juke) ailing car (they were willing to fix for $19,000). They were virtually unwilling to communicate in a timely manner. The ordeal went on for 5 days I was still trusting them. I wrote a reivew on yelp and the owner responded with lies. In the end, the car(which was at another site) that they wanted and received $500 deposit for (sight unseen) I was told had a bad engine. Perhaps this could have been checked BEFORE the deposit. More
