I took a test drive in a new Sonata and was very impressed by the handling. Carlos explained all the features and benefits of the new Sonata and I couldn't believe all the bells and whistles it contained. We went inside to talk pricing. He he explained all the figures and how he arrived at the bottom line.. I didn't think I was going to buy that day but when I saw the bottom line I decided to buy right then and there. Next it was time for the paperwork and it went smoothly and efficiently and quickly. I would highly recommend this dealership and also the salesman Carlos that assisted me. Everybody was friendly , cordial and professional. There were no upsell like extra insurance or fee for this or a fee for that,the bottom line was the bottom line. More

Extraordinary Overall Experience with the Tarbox TEAM! Went to Tarbox with an open mind in search for a 2017 Sante Fe Sport. Several were available to consider. For the next 4 hours we were "spoiled" in as many ways as you could possibly imagine. We ID'd the vehicle and moved forward with working through a deal that was both acceptable to us and Tarbox. Mission accomplished! No lie - WE had more fun during this visit and experience than we could have ever imagined. What a most comfortable feeling through the time spent with ALL Tarbox team members. We gave Tarbox Hyundai a second chance, and it paid off !! After rude treatment by a salesman at Tarbox Hyundai back in 2008, we ended up buying a new Sonata at another dealership. Recently while in the market for a new Santa Fe, we found that sometimes one deserves a second chance. We visited the new building on Quaker Lane. We had decided on a Santa Fe, but were not sure of what trim level or model. It was over 90 degree that day and while we waited in the showroom, our sales representative, Lynn Holston, walked out to the huge lot and brought several cars for us to see. He answered all of our questions and treated us with respect. We never felt pressured at any time. We purchase a new Santa Fe Sport and we feel we got an excellent deal that was very fair. We look forward to enjoying our new car and having it serviced at the new facility. We cannot say enough about Lynn Holston. He is a gentleman and Tarbox Hyundai is lucky to have him. When we completed the deal, we felt like we had made a new friend in him. Our hats go off to John in the finance department also.
