BEST CAR EXPERIENCE! I had the greatest car experience of my life! Christian Munoz was my salesman and he was absolutely terrific! Christian was patient, he explained all of the models and I finally chose an Elantra. After my test drive, I was 90% sure that I was going to lease from Tarbox. Later that week, I faced a family emergency. I called Christian as I feared that my red Elantra would be sold or leased...he kindly told me take care of your family...they come first...your care will be here. I cannot tell you the relief I felt. I also met Staline Biosse, General Manager, at Tarbox Hyundai. Staline was extremely nice and made sure that I was treated will kindness and given all the details about my Elantra. Sadiq was of great assistance in guiding me through the leasing process. I was nervous and he made me feel better and explained every single detail to me. The 3 incredible men are wonderful and I would recommend to all my friends and family go to Tarbox Hyundai. NO pressure. Presented the facts clearly & concisely. I hope they all receive a bonus! for their hard work and kindness to me! More

Unprofessional sales team, unpleasant experience I went to this dealership to get pricing on a couple of cars that I had test driven elsewhere, but had no desire to work with those dealerships. Unfo I went to this dealership to get pricing on a couple of cars that I had test driven elsewhere, but had no desire to work with those dealerships. Unfortunately, Christian and Terrance like to play games with customers and most of my visit was spent sitting by myself while Christian went off to talk with his manager (Terrance). At one point, this process took so long, that I was in the process of leaving when Christian finally returned. After the last time where he decided he needed to talk to his manager again, I followed him, because it was clear that if Christian had to go to Terrance for all of the answers, I might as well talk to Terrance myself and save myself a lot of time. Once I started talking to Terrance, it was clear that he didn't want to talk to me. He was hostile and argumentative throughout the conversation, never taking any responsibility for his behavior. On several occasions I tried to get him to give me an actual number on the price of the car, and all he would say was that this is the sticker price and what do you want pay for it. When I did suggest a number, he said no and the essence of his message was to guess again. At this point I started to leave, but not before he decided to make at least one personal insult toward me. Based on the behavior of these two employees (especially the manager), it is clear that Tarbox is not a dealership that I would ever want to deal with. They made it abundantly clear that selling cars was not of significant importance to them. Added: 8-8-17 - I spoke with Staline today as a continuation of an attempted conversation from yesterday. One of the first things that he said to me was that he didn't understand why I had posted such a harsh review of the dealership and that it would cost them sales. I asked him what was untrue in my review, and the question was met with silence. Staline offered to let me work personally with him, but that was not of interest to me for two reasons: (1) he saw nothing wrong with the gamesmanship of his sales crew and (2) I found him to be very difficult to talk to - on at least 5 occasions, he interrupted me mid-sentence, including when I asked him to stop interrupting me. More
Returning new car buyer. Another wonderful experience. Bought a Tuscan in 2007 that has 115,000 wonderful miles on it. I still love and drive it frequently to work. I just bought the 2017 Tuscan which I drive my elderly mother around in and also use it when I go out. I love the changes that were made to it. I love both of them. Overall the buying experience has improved from ten years ago. More
