I brought my car into Boch Honda with a bent rim on my tire which was causing a slow leak., which I explained when asking the appointment. When I got there I had to wait for 45 minutes before being told t tire which was causing a slow leak., which I explained when asking the appointment. When I got there I had to wait for 45 minutes before being told that they didn't have the rim in stock, but they would have it the next day. So I made an appointment for 3 days later, when I had to wait for 40 minutes to find out that they still didn't have the rim. So I went back the next day and finally got my tire mounted on the new rim after waiting an hour. Then two days later, after only about 80 miles of driving, I noticed that the tire was pulling off the new rim. So I brought back and was told that the problem was that the tire was defective. So either their handling of the tire caused the defect, or they should have noticed the defect when mounting it on the rim. In the end I had to buy a new tire and wait another 90 minutes to have it mounted. More
