I rated Lia and Boch Honda favorably because I went in to Boch to purchase a specific car and color and it was a deal breaker if I was not able to obtain that vehicle. While waiting to find my vehicle Lia was not your standard sales person, she was personable and made me feel at ease, she somehow removed all the stress of purchasing a new vehicle. While chatting and waiting for the search to finalize for my ideal vehicle Lia and I stumbled upon a new and different Honda. I asked Lia "How about this one?" and she smiled and honestly asked me if I was sure because I had my heart set on another vehicle. Imagine honest at a dealership? Yes, at Boch Honda there is honesty and integrity. I told Lia I was sure and even though I was tired and grouchy Lia stayed with me and assisted with all the paperwork late in to the evening. I picked up my new and different Honda the new CrossTour two days later and I am not sure who was more excited me or Lia!! His new shoes were ruined but, he did it with great enthusiasm. He gave us the deal as advertised on boston.com and in fact, we ended up paying less upfront than what we were originally told on phone. There were no hidden fees added at the last moment and certainly no arm-twisting in trying to force me into the deal. I have leased cars before but this was the first time someone actually took time out during delivery to explain each and every feature of the car. Reggie too care of the finances for us and he completed the process quickly (within 15 minutes) after we were ready to make the deal.
