Yes, I would definitely recommend this dealership. Isaac Jordan was a very patient and knowledgeable sales consultation. He took us out on two separate occasions to test drive the 2010 Honda Pilot Touring. He handled himself very professionally and with patience. We have a son who plays High School hockey and we needed a car with all-wheel drive, great storage space to accommodate hockey equipment, 6 to 8 passenger vehicle, reliability to get to the hockey games during tough New England snow conditions. He really impressed us because he really listened to our needs recommending the Honda Pilot Touring. When we picked up the car, he truly spent a great deal of time demonstrating the vehicles navigation system, blue-tooth, stereo system, etc. We recommend this dealership because we have two other Honda vehicles - 2004 Honda Accord and 2008 Honda Civic (college son's car). These cars have been so dependable. The service department has been fantastic too! Boch Honda, Norwood, MA treated us extremely well with Customer Service Loyalty. They recognized that we were loyal customers and gave us a very good price for the Honda Pilot. This sold us!!! More
My wife and I both drive Hondas (mine was a 2001 Accord) and when my car was being repaired, I did my usual walk round the dealership. He emailed me immediately to follow up and smothly transitioned to Biff Fenerty for the weekend (and followed up with Biff). Biff was fantastic in accomodating my hectic schedule, arranging for a couple of test drives on Friday night during a snow squall and being available to me on Sunday for my girls to help pick out exterior and interior colors. Boch's inventory is simply the best around! I've heard it said that in business transactions, if both sides are complaining, each party got a good deal. Well, here, I think I got a great deal and I am not complaining! From the first contact to getting my new 2010 Honda Accord, everyone was knowledgeable, helpful and accomodating. Even the finance guy was great too work with! I am already inquiring about getting a used car from them for my teenage drivers! Thank you Boch Honda and Tom, Biff, Gary and Mike! More

Our daughter is going to college at Penn State in PA where her current car overheated and it was determined that the fix was not cost effective given the value of the car. My husband began the frantic search for a reliable, yet affordable vehicle on Friday of last weekend and that search lead us to Boch Honda by Sunday. On Sunday evening at 4pm we were standing in the Boch showroom where we signed the necessary papers for a 2010 Honda Civic. We will be driving the new car down to PA this weekend, to say the least an estatic college coed & exceptional daughter. The value offered by Boch allowed up to choose a new vehicle as apposed to a used for similar pricing elsewhere. Thank you to Chris (manager), who spent the necessary time on the phone with my husband to answer any and all questions pertaining to the vehicle choices, financing, & countless other questions. Also thank you to Roger who ultimately walked us through the choice of vehicle color to signing on the dotted line for ownership. Our car was delivered to us on Tuesday (2days after signing)and we could not be more pleased with our experience with Boch Honda. Would highly recommend them. More

Most people I know loathe taking their car in for service. I must say that in my 6 years of bringing my car to Boch Service Honda I have never had a negative experience. I tribute this mostly in part to the wonderful attention I have received from service representative, Greg Harris. He is honest, responsible and explains the service in terms I can understand. He always lets me know how long my car is going to take for the service and I've never waited for more than that. He is respectful of my time and tries to speed the process when I have my young child with me. When I have had car problems Greg has quoted me a price to fix the issue and it has never exceeded that amount. I would highly recommend Boch Honda for service and sincerely appreciate Greg Harris. He should be recognized! More
