Whenever I have had a problem, I have received the utmost care and consideration, especially from Greg Harris who is my present service representative. Mr. Harris has been especially wonderful because he always listens to me no matter how confused I am, and takes time to explain the problem to me in a way I can understand. One time, my car had been "fixed" but was not right, he took care of the situation immediately. Whenever I call, he always has time for my questions, and does not become irritated as many others have. Also he is always fair and does not try to get me to do things that I don't really need to have done. At first, I didn't want to take my Honda to the dealer because they are more expensive, but since working with Greg, I am convinced that it is worth the extra money to have satisfaction in knowing that my Honda is getting the best care it can have. And, by the way, I love my Honda Hybrid (so glad I didn't buy a Toyota.) More
