Initially happy with my purchase, but the dealership never properly secured my financing, let me drive the car for a month, then refused to refund my $2,000 down payment when it fell through — their err never properly secured my financing, let me drive the car for a month, then refused to refund my $2,000 down payment when it fell through — their error, not mine. Be very careful with financing here. More

Hard to trust I bought this vehicle strictly online without going to the dealership and looking at it once it got shipped to me it had an error code, only one key, and the compartment where the USB without going to the dealership and looking at it once it got shipped to me it had an error code, only one key, and the compartment where the USB and battery charger are will not stay open Eddy the salesman and Brayan the sales manager once I asked them to address these issues they quit answering the phone and text messages Sara in finance was amazing. She went over and beyond what she should have done. I would not have bought this vehicle without her. More
Beware of deceptive review manipulation and conditional promises. I recently purchased a 2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid from Northwest Hyundai. During the sales process, I was explicitly promised a full tank of gas upon delivery. However, when I later inquired about getting the promised fuel, the dealership staff flatly refused to honor it unless I completed their in-house satisfaction survey with a perfect score of "10" and left them a positive review online. Withholding a promised delivery item to force a customer into writing a positive rating is a highly unethical and deceptive business practice. It completely compromises the integrity of their online rating and misleads the public about the actual level of customer service here. I refuse to participate in "survey buying" or rating manipulation. If you value transparency and honest business dealings, be very careful with the verbal promises made at this location (19300 Northwest Fwy). I am reporting this conditional incentive practice to corporate consumer channels and regulatory bodies. More
Very disappointing experience with this dealership. I purchased a certified Hyundai vehicle on March 7, 2026, and even after more than two months, my registration is still not completed. I was charg I purchased a certified Hyundai vehicle on March 7, 2026, and even after more than two months, my registration is still not completed. I was charged $225 in documentation fees, yet the paperwork and registration process remain incomplete. I was also charged approximately $390 for a “mandatory” tracking device that was never installed in my vehicle. To make matters worse, the vehicle was sold without proper emissions testing and complete paperwork. Despite multiple follow-ups with the dealership, Hyundai customer service, and TxDMV, the issue is still unresolved. I expected much better professionalism and transparency from a certified Hyundai dealership. Buyers should carefully review all charges and paperwork before purchasing from here. More
A true story of bait and switch. I worked with a salesperson over email and text and had a confirmed out-the-door price negotiated and even an appointment to finalize at the dealersh I worked with a salesperson over email and text and had a confirmed out-the-door price negotiated and even an appointment to finalize at the dealership. When I arrived, a different salesperson told me that the vehicle I had made a deal on less than an hour before had been sold. The new salesperson then said that they would honor the agreed to deal on an identical car that they could get in two days; I just needed to put down a deposit. I reluctantly agreed but said I wanted to make sure a manager also agreed to the deal. The manager eventually came over, denied there was ever a deal even though I showed him the messages where his salesperson agreed to the deal, and said they wouldn't have a similar car in stock for over a month. But, they could sell me a different car at a higher price before then. I walked out. I have never been the victim of such an obvious bait and switch tactic in my life. Be very, very careful if you decide to deal with this dealership. More
I went in Saturday morning 3/14 to look at a used rav 4 and worked with Eddie. The salesman and I weren’t able to agree on a price and I left the dealership. I received a txt a few hours later with an offe and worked with Eddie. The salesman and I weren’t able to agree on a price and I left the dealership. I received a txt a few hours later with an offer to lower the price and I sent a counter offer. Monday 3/16 I texted the salesman back to follow up and we came to an agreed out the door price. I showed up Monday evening and the used car sales director, John Pike, said he never approved the deal. I showed them the text messages and they spent about an hour discussing among themselves and trying to get out of it. FINALLY, they said they would honor the deal but that someone else was currently in the process of purchasing the car with another agent. They said they would only honor the deal if they current one did not work out. I asked the salesman for the director of used cars to come out and speak to me multiple times and he refuse. Even though he didn’t have any problem coming out to speak to me Saturday. How convenient… I asked the salesman for the director of used cars to come out and speak to me multiple times and he refuse. Even though he didn’t have any problem coming out to speak to me Saturday. After another hour of waiting they came back and said the car was sold. My wife and I had to hire babysitter for our 3 month old just to come and have our time wasted. More

Sales department is atrocious! Since 2001 I have purchased 7 new Hyundai's. I went shopping for a Tucson and had one of the most terrible experiences ever trying to by. I did my ho Since 2001 I have purchased 7 new Hyundai's. I went shopping for a Tucson and had one of the most terrible experiences ever trying to by. I did my homework, looked the dealers website and picked out a specific model with their internet pricing. Dealership is aggressive at getting you in the door which is fine, and I arranged an appointment for a test drive. LOVE THE CAR! Then came the bad.. their internet pricing was not honored. Their numbers while discussing price didn't even come close to their internet pricing. When I demonstrated the online price they just stopped and stated they couldn't sell the car for that price. Worse, they had $3,999 in extras added to the car which was not disclosed prior to arrival. Didn't ask for these extras (ie seat coat protection, paint protection, etc). Combine their inability to honor their own internet pricing with these hidden fees and you have a dealership that at best is dishonest, if not out right criminal in their deception. Their are several good dealerships in the Houston area and I have used at least 3 of them previously. Love Hyundai, but this dealership can not be recommended. More
