It started with him taking my daughter on an original test drive and showing her how to drive stick. Then he had the car we bought ready on our test drive Saturday morning and did a great job going over the details of the Jeep. He went through all the paperwork and when we came back to pick it up and do our trade the whole process was less than 30 minutes because everything was ready to go.
