I was very impressed with the 2010 Prius, in spite of the recent unfavorable publicity, and Liam Bunk did an excellent job in reassuring me of Toyota's commitment to correcting any problems that might occur. Went to Northway Toyota to inquire on a lease for a Camry. Ended up closing the deal. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was also was excellent answering all our questions through the sales process and test drive. When we picked up the vehicle Louis was out of town but made sure that there was someone there to take care of all of the paperwork and make sure the vehicle was ready to go. That person was Matthew Hennessey who we would also like to thank. Also the vice president Gregory Finin made it a point to welcome us and congratulate us on the new vehicle purchase. Or if I would have felt pressured into the sales by the salesman. However, here at Northway Toyota everything just seemed to fall in place. The sales person who greeted us when we entered the building, Mr. William Hoogeveen turned out to be an outstanding salesman, he knows his merchandise and he knows how to relay the features of his Product to the customer without that the customer feels pushed or tricked into a sale. He realy makes sure, that you the customer understands everything before he lets you go. But his service does not stop here, he also assisted me in changing my insurance as well as the Motor Vehicle registration in order to get the car delivered as promised. Bur it is not only the service I got from Mr. Hoogeveen, the whole atmosphere in the office was friendly and other sales representitives took out some time to talk to us, even that during the three times I visited Northway Toyota, it was always a very busy place.
