Very bad experience My experience with northtowne is very very bad. I went to the store to buy certified vw beetle. On my first visit they quoted a price I went back to buy the car after 2 days they changed the word and increased the price of 800 within 2 days and the manager exact words were "this the price period" . If it's not possible then they should have told the same thing in the first place.. What is the need to change the quote and be so rude. I have the budget to buy the car even when he changed the quote but didn't want to buy from them because of his attitude.I don't think this is the way to talk with a customer. If this is the way they treat their customers I wouldn't recommend anyone to go because you can't rely on their words. More

A great car buying experience! This was a great car buying experience from beginning to end. I started with on-line chat with Sal Termini and then I went to the dealership on a Thur This was a great car buying experience from beginning to end. I started with on-line chat with Sal Termini and then I went to the dealership on a Thursday evening , returned on Friday morning with the car I was trading in, had to leave to move my kid in college from one house to another and I returned on Friday morning before I had to report to work. I left that morning with a brand new Hyundai Elantra! Sal and Chris understood my needs as well did the manager of the store. They assured me that they would do everything they could to make sure I left with a brand new car with figures I was comfortable with. A great experience.
