I drove from PA to their Jersey location and spent several hours waiting just to sign papers. The dealer failed to mention that the sunroof was broken in the vehicles description on the site. The dealer acted like he didn't know the sunroof was broken during the test drive as I tried to open the sunroof. The dealership said that they would fix the sunroof at a later date and never reached out to me. When I called to complain about the issues I was having with the vehicle only a month after purchase the dealer belittled me by asking questions such as "well, tell me what that means when that happens" when I told him that the check engine soon sign popped up. I've owned this car for only 6 months and have already put $2,000 into repairs including the sunroof and the brakes. I personally hope to never have to deal with this dealership again nor will I recommend their business to anyone. More
