Out of this world, FANTASTIC Have had several minor issues pop up with our coach, and if it weren't for Terry Cramer we don't know what we would've done. From the day we met him, until today, 2 years later, this man has been ROCK SOLID. He is so knowledgeable, professional, and personable, that any dealership would consider themselves lucky to have such a PRO onboard. Having been a sales manager myself, I'm usually too critical of salespeople, and expect too much from them. This guy knocks it out of the park with everyone he meets, and lives by the old saying, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" My wife and I thank God for bringing Terry Cramer into our lives, and as long as he is at North Trails in Fort Myers , Florida we wouldn't think of buying anywhere else. Awesome Place! I recently purchased 45ft Tiffin from North Trail. Everyone from Eric, our salesmen to Mike the finance guy have been outstanding. This was my 4th RV I recently purchased 45ft Tiffin from North Trail. Everyone from Eric, our salesmen to Mike the finance guy have been outstanding.
