Amazing customer service! I went in to look at a used car and left with a brand new 2012 Mazda2 for not much more. This was my first time working with one of the larger dealerships and I was amazed. I was expecting to go in and have to be defensive and constantly have to say "no" to unnecessary upgrades.....but that never happened. I was greeted warmly within minutes of arriving and treated like a VIP the rest of the day as well as when I went to pick up my car two days later. I cannot say enough good things about Ira Mazda and my salesman, Jovan M. I have handed his card out to everyone I know who is shopping around for a new car. Great place and I will be back for routine maintenance as well as when I am ready to trade up. Could not be happier with my experience and my car!!! More

After having totalled my Taurus X and breaking 3 ribs and arm, the thought of replacing the car and the usual sales hassels associated with buying was an experience I could have liked to avoid. My Russian salesman, Albert Blank was a perfect foil for my needs.Great personality. He sold me on the Mazda CX9 and I must say after 2 months I LOVE the car. I shopped the deal and Ira came back with the best deal. They also were very nice to loan me a frre car while they put some goodies on my new car.I will be bringing it in for its first service soon. I was very impressed with the sales staff at Ira Mazda. I had been researching getting a new car and consulted Consumer Reports for the lasted recommendations. I received a phone call from Kendra, letting me know that Ira was interested in answering my questions and setting me up with a sales consultant. From the time I entered the dealership, I was attended to. Jovan Moxley was my sales person and was very informative, knowledgeable and friendly. Needless to say, I bought I Mazda 3 which couldn't have been more pleasant. I loved my current vehicle, but knew it was time to get a more gas friendly ride. I came to this dealership after having visited several other dealers for the car I wanted. I found the other dealers I visited to all be typical in their sales pitch and all of them playing all the same g other dealers for the car I wanted. I found the other dealers I visited to all be typical in their sales pitch and all of them playing all the same games and scams to screw you out of your money and for them to make the biggest profit at your expense, usually associated with buying and trading a car. When I came to IRA in Danvers, my sales consultant was Jovan Moxley.I found Jovan to be very knowledgeable about every aspect of the car I was buying, a (2013 Mazda CX-5).Jovan was the ultimate professional, friendly, patient, and organized.He made me feel like he really wanted to help me save as much money as he could on my car choice, and to get me the fairest trade value for my car. He gave me his word IRA would beat all the other dealers I had visited on the price of their car and on my trade value. He kept his word.He instills a feeling of trust between you and the dealership and treats you like you really matter. Jovan and his manager,Eric, were true to their word and completely blew away all of their competitors with the price of their car and my trade in.I was skeptical in the beginning that IRA was just conning me with false promises and BS like all the others.
