We found our salesman for both car purchases, Frank Capoccia, to be highly knowledgeable, very honest and personable, and refreshingly straightforward. Price negotiations for both new cars were completed in only a few minutes; we got a very reasonable price in both cases, and there was no hint of the pricing rope-a-dope that one often experiences with car dealers. Once we decided on the Forester, Tom kept us in the loop as to when we would get it in (we wanted a specific color), and when it would be ready for pickup. My experience was unbelievable pleasent I went into North End Subaru not knowing what to really expect. I have never gone car shopping at this location before. When I got there a salesman by the name of David Fayard introduced himself to me and was the most helpful salesman I have ever had.He make my experience there great. He had so much knowledge about all the vehicles that I was interested in. He made me feel important and like I was his number one priority. I am coming back in the dealership later on next week to talk to him again. I have not purchased a vehicle yet. I definitely have my eye on a few.
