I began my car search about 2 months ago. I have been to quite a few dealerships but Northend Motors stuck out to me. The customer service there was great. I went into North End Motors looking for a specific vehicle that they were advertising on their website. The good experience starts there because not only was the description of the car well thought o vehicle that they were advertising on their website. The good experience starts there because not only was the description of the car well thought out they provided a large number of pictures that allowed me to look at the car with out making the 2 hour drive to see it. Upon entering the dealership I was not greated by the typical pushy salesman, I consulted with the sales manager and he immediately put me in contact with Phil who showed me the car took me on a well rounded test drive and was great to work with when making the final deal even with a few special circumstances that I had. Even after I placed a Deposit for the vehicle they worked around my schedule to support paying for the car and taking final delivery. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, Phil kept in touch with me throughout the process making sure everything was going ok and that everything I needed/wanted was getting done to the vehicle all for a price I could afford. If this means anything, I actually wanted to spend the money for this vehicle and that has been the greatest hill to tackle in my car search and I was able to do it making this dealer the right one to go to for me. We were greeted almost before I was out of the car on the lot, and treated with genuine happiness we were there. We were told up front that they just reciently installed a new alternator. Honesty is the best policy! The salesman seemed more than happy to tell us anything he could in regard to the vehicle, which I ended up loving. After a test drive, and we sat down to discuss pricing, he was more than able to come to an amount that was the budget I was in need of, which sealed the deal. Not to mention the 3 year Roadside Assistance for FREE! From beginning to end of the process it was painless and I felt confident I was making the right choice in vehicle as well as dealership. The drive home today from the dealership was so comfortable! I felt as though the seat was hugging me. [: I would highly recommend this dealership and the salesman I met with, Stephen Page.
