I have had my 2009 Mini Cooper for about 5 months now and am very happy with it and have had no problems. The jeep we purchased was over $700 below blue book with really low miles and one owner car fax checked out. I had looked at numerous other similar jeeps both on line and in person and none came close to the condition or low miles or price - and all the other ones I looked at either needed or would soon need tires as opposed to the 4 new tires on this jeep!! And although the price was fair to start - Dan came down even more to make the sale. Missy took care of the paper work for the purchase and was really friendly and business like but also had a sense of humor making a tedious process go by rather quickly. All in all it was the kind of experience you hope to have when purchasing a vehicle but seldom do. I would strongly recommend north end motors of canton to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle both for the service and the selection of inventory on hand. More

First of all I'm not an easy customer, I put North End Motors thru the test, then pass them thru the fire and they came out shinning...this is ridiculously AWESOME!!! I was looking for a used vehicle and a way to re-establish my credit; and that drove me to North End Motors. I saw some pictures of a 2008 Scion tC on Auto.com and I liked it, when I got to the dealer the car was just like in the pictures. (And believe me I went to a lot of other places and spoke with a lot of other sales people and there is a lot of false advertisement, so be careful out there) My saleslady in North End Motors was Christina (awesome kind of Lady that will do only the best to give you the most wonderful experience through the whole process). Everyone that I came in contact with were very pleasant. I end out purchasing the 2008 Scion tC, (thanks to those involved). On the process of getting the vehicle ready for delivery they went the extra mile to ensure vehicle safety and reliability. This guys are just awesome!!!!!!!!!!! The location is easy to find, they are well organized and the staff makes you feel at home. I will recommend North End Motors to anyone who is in need of a good used car, reliable and a good price. *******WARNING******* There are other so call Use Car Dealers that used deceiving advertisement and pictures to get you on there places, and lots of scams on the internet using well known sites..... so customers be carful out there. My experience With North End Motors was excellent. I had been on the market for some time looking for a 2011-2013 Jeep Cherokee. I had dealt with your average dealerships that are mostly concerned about mak been on the market for some time looking for a 2011-2013 Jeep Cherokee. I had dealt with your average dealerships that are mostly concerned about making as much money off of the customer as possible. I came to North End Motors to view a 2012 Jeep Cherokee expecting a similar experience from previous dealerships. I was very surprised. I was introduced to my sales guy, Alex. Throughout the entire process he was friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. We both ended up finding out that each other were also big Bruins fans, talking hockey, which made the process even more relaxed. After a successful test drive, the offer first presented to me was well out of my budget. After I expressed this, Alex then contacted a sales manager, Dan. Dan, with Alex, then worked to get the price to a more affordable budget, and we ended up agreeing on a very reasonable deal. Another sales manager, Patrick, also at this point worked on setting up my financial information to help get the finance process started. I then met with the finance manager, Sadia. She worked to lower my monthly payments even lower than what I had originally agreed to, and help me achieve a very fair interest rate. After signing, I was told my car would be detailed and ready for pick up the very next day. I was extremely impressed with the detailing work their service department did. Overall, this was an excellent car buying experience for me. I was pleased with how smooth and problem free the process was from start to finish. Everyone involved with my buying experience (even other employees who weren't) were incredibly friendly, easy going, and professional. I also found out towards the end of the process that my sales guy Alex was somewhat new to the business. I was surprised by this because it certainly did not show by any means. I've had my jeep for a week now and couldn't be happier. I strongly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle to take a look at North End Motors. While I've had some minor issues with the car and had to return a couple of times they were great on trying to get the issue res the sale of the car. The day before Memorial Day weekend I accepted their vehicle price, the next day I accepted their trade offer and to forgo the tire issue. But they had sent me an e-mail promotion to match the downpayment on Memorial Day weekend and I asked if they would honor this. They refused to match my downpayment, stating first, "That offer doesn't apply to this car because it's already discounted." When I suggested this sounded like false advertising and discrimination I was then told by Stephanie (one of many managers) that "That discount was already part of the offer we made you." She then insisted that the offer was subject to terms and limitations. However, the e-mail they sent me made no mention of any terms, limitations or restrictions - none, not even an asterisk. Stephanie insisted that their copy at the dealership did. So basically they sent out an e-mail promising pie-in-the sky, but they have their own version that lets them out of their statements. Do yourself a favor, avoid this dealership. More
