I never met anyone as helpful and friendly as Steve Page. He spent a lot of time explaining everything from car details to any and all information of anything we talked about. He did the best job finding a car that suits me and my price range. I never got such wonderful customer in my life. He made sure I was 100% satisfied with my car before I purchased it. I told a family member about the dealership and Steve. She ended up buying a car a few days later and feels the same way about Steve. My overall experience with everyone I met was also wonderful. I purchased a car last week from North End motors, I worked with Luis Reyes. I went in on a Sunday to look at a 2011 Kia Sorento which was in amazing condition. Luis was very knowledgeable about the suv worked with Luis Reyes. I went in on a Sunday to look at a 2011 Kia Sorento which was in amazing condition. Luis was very knowledgeable about the suv and its features. He along with his manager, and Terry in Finance worked hard to get me a very good deal on financing. They also gave me a great offer on my trade in along with an extended warranty on the Sorento. I was impressed at the diligence they showed. I think my only complaint would be that the suv was not ready when promised, but Luis personally delivered the car to me on Friday and picked up the trade in. I want to add that the delay was not due to fault of his own. I want to thank Stephanie, not sure of her last name or title, and also Patrick Rogers for the outstanding customer service I was given. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends, they are impressed by the condition of the car and the deal I was given. More

would like to thank phill cocia (sales)and bob signori (finance)for a superb purchasing experience on my new truck.what blew me away most of all was the after sale attention that they gave me,phill made s (finance)for a superb purchasing experience on my new truck.what blew me away most of all was the after sale attention that they gave me,phill made sure my truck was ready for pick up on the time that we agreed upon,called me with updates on the status from service through detailing.when i picked up my truck i was so pleased everything went like clockwork,that i just hopped in my truck and went back to work not realizing till later on that day that i only had one key,called phill and he said he would take a look to see if there were any other keys.shortly there after phill called me back to let me know that he had found additional keys and here's where it gets good as to i live some 50 miles away and my work is 30 miles away we were trying to figure out what would be the best way for me to get the keys.well bob the finance guy lives the next town over from my work and i bet you guessed it he brought me the keys the next morning on HIS DAY OFF!!!!! Ive been to a lot of various kinds of used car dealerships either shopping for a car, test driving, or trying to trade in my current car. Lots of dealers are either over priced, have shady practic dealerships either shopping for a car, test driving, or trying to trade in my current car. Lots of dealers are either over priced, have shady practices, or just lack charisma. Even though the dealership is currently being renovated, Ive never felt more comfortable or more cared for than i did during my visit at North End Motors. I may not have bought a car, but I definitely know where I'll be going to have my 100K service done. Having only really dealt with Gordon, I don't know how the rest of the staff is but i do know that this is a quality dealer with a lot of great cars at fantastic prices. These people take pride in their work and enjoy spending time with their customers where other dealers might make you want to ball up your fists. Like I said they may not have been able to provide me with exactly what i was looking for but these people really do want to help and it shows. Gordon is also a math wiz and a very funny guy if you do happen to stop in ask for Gordon, you'll be glad you did. P.S. just as a reference Ive been to over 15 dealerships in the past 4 years More
