Bought the same car, basically same price, SOMEWHERE ELSE! My experience with Adrian was awful. We were originally going to meet with Camille (who was great over the phone), but she couldn't make it in so we e My experience with Adrian was awful. We were originally going to meet with Camille (who was great over the phone), but she couldn't make it in so we ended up stuck with Adrian instead. Not only did he seem inattentive and unprofessional when we were looking (for example, saying "hold on I just remembered I need to pay my mortgage" and stopping what we were doing so he could get on his cell phone). When we went into his office to discuss pricing, he brought back something WAY over what we told him we could afford per month (I get they do that on purpose) but was rude and condescending when we told him that we couldn't afford that much (commenting on our credit which isn't that good). He also said that, he was "only working with us to do a co worker a favor" and was supposed to be with someone else that "would have bought a car". When we told him we were going to go to lunch and would be back, he said that "he knows we aren't coming back so he will close the file and we can work with someone else IF we come back who will rerun our credit and restart the process". His overall demeanor was HORRIBLE and made me feel horrible. As we left my husband and I looked at each other and both agreed that even if we came back we would NOT buy anything from this guy. All in all we decided to go to another dealership with the same car we were interested in, in a better color and purchased that. The staff at that dealership were helpful, friendly, courteous, and actually wanted our money. The bottom line is that if Adrian hadn't been so rude, I would have come back, and I would have bought the car there. More
