I was incredibly pleased with my experience at North Country Ford. As a first time car buyer and a young adult I fully expected to get taken advantage of. After the vehicle arrived and I came to pick it up I was incredibly pleased to find that my price didn't change and there wasn't any extra surprise charges. The people were also fantastic, Brock especially. He was incredibly level headed and enthusiastic. I told him what car I wanted and, even though they obviously had none in stock, he was excited to help me order one to spec. I'm not usually a 5 star rater, but the integrity and kindness shown at North Country Ford will make me a return customer when I need a new car again. More
