2008 Mercedes-Benz S550 Super Car Having owned several of the big Mercedes, I know the cars very well. Since I'm in Phoenix, I had Lemon Squad do an evaluation which sounded very good. Having owned several of the big Mercedes, I know the cars very well. Since I'm in Phoenix, I had Lemon Squad do an evaluation which sounded very good. Some minor details were remedied and I look forward to using this car often as the proverbial "client car." Brandon Dawson was my salesman and did a fantastic job of making things go smoothly. I would highly suggest you get Brandon to help you find and buy your car. I am so excited I'll comment more after the car arrives here in Phoenix; I already have an appointment at the Mercedes dealer in Scottsdale. After the car arrives on Monday I'll be able to comment on their quality of work. More
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! My husband and I were expecting our first child and went in search of a good car that would fit a carseat. I found the wagon that I wanted at North C My husband and I were expecting our first child and went in search of a good car that would fit a carseat. I found the wagon that I wanted at North Coast and was put in touch with Skyler Morgan to buy it. She couldn’t have been nicer and walked me through the process. I sent my car to an outside mechanic to get a pre-purchase inspection. He took a look at the basics and made sure the computer didn’t have errors in it. He reported back that the shocks were toast and would be a $2,400 repair. Skyler arranged to have it repaired for me. Although it turned out that they put on used shocks instead of the new ones that they promised, they looked fine and we moved forward with the purchase. I discussed buying a warranty with Skyler but didn’t feel like it would be worth it for the cost and Skyler assured me that even though they don’t do a 30 day dealer warranty like some dealerships do, they would absolutely take care of it if something were to go wrong, as they had with customers before me. Three hundred miles from the dealership, the service engine light turned on and the engine was running extremely loud. My local mechanic pronounced it undrivable and it was sent to another mechanic to find the problem. What followed were two months of xxxx. Skyler never even called me back. Keep in mind, she was my only contact at this dealership, the one who had sold me the car and had personally given me assurances. For the first two weeks, I called her and emailed her to try to figure out how to proceed. All I received were two texts that she would call me in a few days and that she was in a meeting. During this time, I had my daughter and had to borrow a friend’s car to get her home from the hospital. Finally I got ahold of a manager who put me in touch with the service manager. After multiple phone calls, emails, and forwards of estimates and communications with the mechanics that had the car, yesterday I was told that there was nothing they were willing to do. The repairs to make my car drivable came to $3,600 and took six weeks. I have never been treated so poorly after buying a can of soda, let alone a car. This dealership is immoral and unprofessional and once you buy the car, all customer service disappears. More

I wanted a I came in and thought am "I doing the right thing"? I had been turned down so many times before. I really could not take another rejection. I wanted a SUV and I received one. My children wanted an entertainment center in the vehicle and they received it. I need leather seats because they are easier to clean. If you are a parent you know the struggle is real. Sean sat me down and explained the process and worked with me for two days to get all my information in and find the right vehicle for me. I am improving my credit and driving in luxury. Mark gave me his personal experience with the same model vehicle I purchased. He eased my mind a whole lot. North Coast gave me option. They did not send me away disappointed again. I am a very satisfied customer. More

As it turned out, the brakes and rotors were severely worn or as the not so impressive mechanic said, it could just be warped rotors. Ok, fix it. Well the parts stores are closed, it was 4:30 on Saturday. So as they debated how to find the parts, I called a local parts store, yes sir, we do have those rotors in stock. I then informed the store manager of my location of rotors. I said," can we get this done so I can start my 7 hour drive home ?" Sorry, the mechanic cant stay long enough to complete the repair, I said, ok, I will pay his overtime! Well, not even the offer to pay the mechanic his overtime seemed to matter to the dealership. Really, is this what it is coming to when the public does the right thing, pays the price the dealer is asking and ends up driving away with expensive repairs that needed to have been done to have a safe and road worthy vehicle? Would I ever recommend this dealership? No, I would not want anyone else to experience what I did. It was not right nor fair. I hope something is done about this and that this dealer is not allowed to continue this kind of business with the public. Oh, once the problem of the brakes was discovered, the owner disappeared behind dark stained windows in his office and did not make an appearance again. More
Worst car buying experience Bought a truck from out of town and got screwed thanks to auto world usa. My sales person didn't even know common information about the truck such as Bought a truck from out of town and got screwed thanks to auto world usa. My sales person didn't even know common information about the truck such as the Plow frame that was on it, she didn't know what it was. Guess that's why she got fired before I even closed on the deal. I was never contacted by the manager even when I called and asked for the manager because I couldn't get ahold of the sales women,it was a huge mess. Nobody knew who I was or what was going on with my truck. So let's talk about shipping, I mailed them a check and the truck should have shipped within two days after check cleared. But no, they "couldn't find a transporter" even though their supposedly a huge dealer that ships anywhere. So after I called day after day they found someone to get it up here. Turns out they drove it which was not part of the deal so I got it with even more miles. Now for the truck, I thought I was getting a good deal but it was just because of all the problems it had that nobody even told me about. I've never been sold a vehicle with so many problems that I didn't even know about. I mean who knows I probably would have payed the dealer to fix some of the issues before I got it... Exhaust manifolds leaking Broken headlight housing Broke wire on fog light Driver heated seat doesn't work Headliner on driver side is sagging Transmission leaking underneath Even the oil dip stick is broke off inside This dealer is horrible they wouldn't even help me out in anyway, unlike other dealers I've dealt with. Even if I got my shipping cost back that was suppose to go to a car hauler anyway not just some Joe Shmoe driving it all the way. More
