Worst Experience at any dealership To start right off when we went to go test drive the vehicle luckily we were checking the fluids. After checking the fluids, we noticed the truck had To start right off when we went to go test drive the vehicle luckily we were checking the fluids. After checking the fluids, we noticed the truck had NO OIL in it at all. So who knows how long it has been driven around by one of the associates. Second, I had mentioned many times about thing that were suppose to be done, between me and the salesman that I dealt with and none of it was taken care of. Example, the truck was suppose to be completely detailed which it wasn't. According to salesman there one of the top detailers on the strip and supposively does most of the detailing for the other dealerships. Well for the sake of the other dealerships I hope there not. The day of picking up my truck which was about 9-10 am he had said o yes it will def be detailed and everything, so I said ok great which I expected it to be done like he said. So we go up there and we get to the dealership and I told my wife that she needs to go look because I know for a fact not a dang thing was done to the truck in over 10 hours. They had 10 hours to do all this to the truck and they couldn't even sweep it out let alone wash it. I wouldn't even go inside and talk to them I was so pissed off. They lack communication skill for sure and they just tell you what they want to hear, highly disappointed. When we went to fill out paper work we were def rushed through the process which made me pretty angry, The truck was not in sellable shape hair inside, inside cup holders were sticky, and for all the trouble all they did was give me an extra $10 in gas which was pathetic. I don't like leaving messages like this but I have no choice. Worst experience ever anywhere. Management wouldn't even do anything More

FANTASTIC Alex was my sales rep and he was amazing the minute I walked in he tried his best to get me the car I wanted I walked out with the car I wanted and I Alex was my sales rep and he was amazing the minute I walked in he tried his best to get me the car I wanted I walked out with the car I wanted and I only had I chose I couldn't believe it I was so estactic!!!! This Dealership is fantastic to deal with. My wife and I recently purchased a 200/ Cadillac Escalade from Auto World from over the internet. I have purchased quite a few cars from ebay and other dealers. I have to rate this Dealership as definitely a top notch operation, from start to finish. My Salesperson was Mike Cluley and he went the extra mile in dealing with the time zone differences between N. ID and OH. All calls were promptly returned and all emails promptly answered. When we ran into a surprise issue, Auto World USA's GM and Mike made sure that they kept their end of the deal, despite a large unexpected expense on their part. They honored their commitment, where other Dealers might have demanded additional money with the sale not actually completed. This tells me the Dealership has High Integrity and they will be blessed for their professionalism. BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH BUYING A VEHICLE Chip went above and beyond in every aspect. When he was not available Joe responded in his place. Chip even answered my email at 4 AM. Finally ironically enough on my birthday while at work I decided to browse the site one more time. When I left work I went out to the dealership to try my luck. My sales person Tommy was awesome, he made sure that everything was perfect. I'm so thankful to him & the other staff members who all were great people. He made my birthday special. I love my new car & it has leather interior with nice features, I'm just amazed at the time and effort and attention to detail he had.
