Great customer service without feeling hustled, harassed or hassled by salesman and finance officer. First off, Jim Pilarski patiently listened to me as I expressed to him what I wanted in my Genesis GV70. or hassled by salesman and finance officer. First off, Jim Pilarski patiently listened to me as I expressed to him what I wanted in my Genesis GV70. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle, unlike the dealership in Burleson. After looking at the existing inventory and not finding what I wanted, he explained to me that he could order exactly what I wanted when I was ready. He graciously sent me an email after my first visit to thank me for coming in. Once I made the decision to order, he explained the next steps. Rodney King got me through the finance part with great ease. Again, I never felt hustled or rushed. Any questions I had, he quickly answered. With this vehicle being my first luxury vehicle purchase, I was very nervous. Jim and Rodney made this purchase a special moment in my life. I am exceptionally pleased! More

Freeman Mazda has always taken very good care of me. I'm on the third car that I've gotten from them. The service center goes above and beyond every time I bring my car in. Not only do they make sure my car on the third car that I've gotten from them. The service center goes above and beyond every time I bring my car in. Not only do they make sure my car has been taken care of, but I've never felt "sold to". I've also never felt like the prices were higher than the value of the services provided. This was my first time working with Shawn. He did an excellent job of keeping me informed and making sure I understood everything that was taking place. More
